1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by TechQ Digital Marketing ApS (CVR 00000000). A signed proposal or service agreement takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

2. Website content

Content on this site is provided for general information. Case studies and statistics describe past client work and do not guarantee future results. We may update content at any time.

3. Services and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices excluding VAT. Your final price is set out in a written proposal. Retainer services run month to month with 30 days written notice unless otherwise agreed. Project work is invoiced according to the milestones in the proposal.

4. Advertising spend

Media budgets for platforms such as Google Ads and Meta are paid by the client directly to the platform and are separate from our management fees.

5. Ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables created for them, including website code, content, creative assets, and the advertising and analytics accounts we set up on their behalf.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Search engines and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or return on ad spend.

7. Liability

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Denmark.
